The concepts explained in "The Truth of Love and Fear" are the result of 20+ years of dedicated work with his clients. His work with life issues has revealed a new understanding of the process by which our consciousness manifests our experience of life. The book has been in the making since 1998 and the original version was rewritten in 2009 to make the content more readily accessible. The philosophy of how we manifest our lives presents an opportunity to create real and enduring changes in our selves and thereby transform our lives.

As an avid reader myself, I'm never a big fan of going to an Amazon page and seeing reviews of the work in question by friends of the author. However, in the case with Mr. Echkardt, who having worked with people on their issues and negative beliefs for the last 25 years, and with myself knowing that his publicity tours won't be starting for a few months, I have begun recommending this astonishing book to all my friends - as this book is simply not out there in the public sphere...yet.As a friend of Rudy's who has also been receiving his amazing session work over the last few years, I wasn't expecting I would get as much out of the book as I did. I wasn't quite expecting that by merely reading this book I would experience the deep impact as I did during his session work, but page after page, I was continually woken up to many of the negative patterns I still hold and surprisingly noticed emerging in me stronger than ever is the conviction that I alone am responsible for my own emotions and feelings.
And this is why I write that simply reading this book is a transforming experience on an inner level.
On an outer perceptive level, the entire book is jam-packed with examples and scenarios in all aspects of our lives to help you recognize your own negative beliefs and patterns and begin the journey to move beyond them and free up space for positive interaction and exchanges, but somehow it seems that there is a deeper connection with the reader at play here in Rudy's writing than what's simply on the surface.
One of the greatest benefits in Rudy's session work that I experienced was being able to confront issues in my life that I believed I was "over" long ago, and be able to see that these old issues were still acting negatively underneath the surface and sabotaging what I was intending. Once these old negative beliefs, ideas and ideals were lifted and removed, I experienced dynamic and immediate changes in all those aspects of my life and relationships.
This book, in comparison to some other popular works on similar subjects, does not brush these topics lightly with platitudes, this book is definitely weighty, dense and unrelenting. As my issues were identified and confronted, I found my reading slow down to turtle speed. However I noticed by continually keeping at the book day after day, I found myself with additional inner strength that left me with an energetic enthusiasm to keep on growing, expanding and connecting deeper with all aspects of my life.
A truly amazing piece of work.
